All moving services must be scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
You must provide accurate details about your move, including addresses, inventory, and any special requirements.
A deposit may be required to reserve your moving date. The deposit is generally non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Additional fees may apply for:
Last-minute scheduling
Excessive stairs or long carry distances
Special handling (e.g., pianos, safes)
Delays caused by customer (waiting time, incomplete packing, etc.)
Fast St. Petersburg Movers is insured and will handle your items with care.
Basic coverage is included by default. Full-value protection is available at an additional cost and must be requested prior to your move.
We are not liable for:
Items packed by the customer unless visible damage to boxes is noted
Pre-existing damage
Electronics or fragile items not packed by our team
Damage due to unsafe or improper items (e.g., hazardous materials)
You are responsible for:
Being present during the entire move
Securing parking or building access
Declaring fragile or high-value items in advance
Ensuring everything is packed and ready before movers arrive (unless packing services were requested)
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may qualify for a refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your move may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Rescheduling is allowed based on availability.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to:
Weather conditions
Traffic or road closures
Mechanical failure
Natural disasters or other uncontrollable events
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your move as soon as possible.
If storage services are arranged:
We are not liable for damage caused by mold, moisture, or temperature unless climate-controlled storage is arranged.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of retrieval or delivery requests with adequate notice.
